In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Expert Equipment Company. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Expert Equipment Company takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Important Policies:

Freight:

All shipments are FOB Houston, Texas. In case of loss or damage, the customer needs to file a claim with the carrier and inform Expert Equipment Company immediately.

Warranty:

Expert Equipment Company is not the manufacturer of the equipment and/or items sold. Look for the manufacturer’s warranty policies. (Cardi in North America offers a 12-month limited warranty.) If a customer claims warranty he or she needs to contact Expert Equipment Company immediately. Do not attempt to repair or open the equipment; the warranty is voided if the customer tries to do so. Ask for an RGA number and provide invoice or proof of purchase. In no event shall Expert Equipment Company be liable for incidental and/or consequential damages arising out of the failure of any product to operate properly. Customer needs to prepay freight to ship back to Expert Equipment Company. If it is a valid warranty claim, Expert will pay ground shipping back to the customer. Expert will pay for replacement parts and labor. Warranty does not apply to defects caused by damage, abuse or improper use.

Payment:

All invoices need to be paid before the items leave Expert Equipment Company. We accept credit cards. For pre-approved customers, we will ship items on a net 30 days basis. Ask the credit department for details. Customers with late payments will be charged a service charge of 1.0% per month.

Returns:

New and unused items returned to Expert Equipment Company within 90 days are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. If the purchase was made prior to 3 months, restocking is 15%; prior to 6 months, 20%. No returns are accepted for items sold more than a year prior or items that were used or damaged.
